Several significant updates to Account manmagement and Invoicing are included with this release. Please carefully review what is new.

Zapier Integration

This release expands on existing zapier automation and integration capabilities. It introduces integration with many external accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, Sage and Xero. The integration eliminates the need for manual invoice exports and imports across the systems. Furthermore, it provides updates on paid invoices and routes customers directly to a payment page from the customer portal.

Billing Rules

This is a major rewrite of how Accounts are configured and how Invoices are generated. Billing rules provide a business rules driven invoicing which allows for a more automated, fine-grained, and itemized billing. The billing rules allow you to specify what, when and how to bill each shipment and storage cycle.

We will continue to support the legacy invoicing capabilities until all customers are migrated to the new billing rules setup.

Bulk Invoicing

You are now able to generate invoices in bulk for with a click. You have an option of generating an individual invoice per shipment, or grouping multiple shipments into one invoice.

Invoice form update

While integrating to extarnal accounting systems, we’ve updated our Invoice configuration form to better match industry standards. You will notice such enhancements as congigurable payment terms, service date per line item, and even Automatic Sales Tax calculation with a QickBooks Online integration.

Enhanced ISO Tank / Container handling

We’ve extended bulk commodity handling capabilities by adding ability to track portable ISO Tanks and other bulk mobile containers. This includes inbound container drop and outbound container pickup processes including container number validation. This release also improves the process of mapping and tagging bulk locations in the yard.
